1) A deposit of 1/2 of the amount due is necessary to confirm your reservation. The second 1/2
payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
2) A $500 refundable security deposit is required with your reservation.
3) Daily maid service is provided ( tidying up, making beds, changing linens, emptying trash).
Any other services desired ( grocery shopping, meal preparation, catering parties, preparation
of appetizers, special events, etc.) require a prior 30 day request and will entail an added cost payable directly to the maid.
4) Smoking is only permitted outside and then with care please.
5) Sorry-no pets other than the fish in the pond and the local critters outside.
6) The home is not set up for small children ( many water features and walls with steep drops), so
their safety and well being is your responsibility-watch them carefully.
7) There is a safe on premise for your valuables.
8) The water to the refrigerator, ice maker and sink tap are purified and safe for your drinking.
All other water is pure, but use at your own risk. The pool water is chlorinated and safe.
9) A wine cooler is located in the kitchen and one bottle is provided for your welcome. The
remaining bottles belong to the house and should not be touched. You are welcome to use
the cooler for your own beverages.
10) Upon departure, please leave the home as you found it. Any additional maid care beyond
reasonable will be charged against your security deposit as will any damages.
